Allison has been a licensed Realtor in Delaware and Pennsylvania for 7 years. She partners with Gerrie in marketing and selling homes. She divides her time between listing homes and creating specialized marketing material for listings, helping home buyers find the perfect properties, co-managing the real estate team, and working to ensure a smooth transaction from the time a contract is signed to settlement.

Allison began her career as a graduate of the University of Delaware with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Marketing. Prior to joining Gerrie in real estate, Allison worked for a Fortune 500 company for six years in the areas of marketing, corporate philanthropy and public affairs. Her background has prepared her well for the real estate marketplace. Moreover, having lived outside the country, Allison can appreciate and understand the unique natures of each of Gerrie's customers. Allison is also Gerrie's youngest daughter.

Edie is a full-time, licensed real estate agent in Delaware. She primarily supports the team as a Buyer Specialist yet works on listing homes as well. Edie has an extensive background in the financial industry with over eighteen years of financial planning experience, including eight years with The Vanguard Group where her primary responsibility was to present financial seminars and workshops to Vanguard's institutional client base. Edie holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Vassar College and completed the Pennsylvania Banking School of Trust at Bucknell University.
